0We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 10-day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging.
Returns must be delivered to us within 10 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 10 calendar days.
***Christmas Return Policy: All returns of Christmas theme items must be here by Dec. 25, 2010 OR the allotted 10 day return period -- whichever is earlier! We will NOT accept returns of Christmas items after Christmas.***
SALE Return Policy -- Any items that are on clearance may not be returned or exchanged. SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Christening items are accepted for size exchanges only; no refunds.
We will NOT accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
We reserve the right to cancel orders of multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return.
If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
If a store credit (rather than a refund) is issued for your return, it will be valid for one year from the date it is issued. Store credits that have expired will not be honored.
To make an exchange or return:
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.
If you would like to make a size exchange, please place a new order for the size desired; size exchanges are treated as new orders and are not "swapped out" upon receipt of returns.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.
Please write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.
